The people managing the inn are really friendly and the chef prepares a great breakfast. The building is an old house with lots of charm and our room had a lot of character while also being very clean and having all the comforts. The backyard is gorgeous as well as the patio where you can have breakfat. Only the last day, we found out that there were beach chairs and towels available forthe guests for free. Great to visit Oahu by car: free parking, quiet neighborhood but still close to the highway.

Good location for exploring Oahu’s north shore. Walking access to beach opposite and short walk to Polynesian Cultural Centre which offers cultural shows (make sure you book ahead), a restaurant and food trucks) and shops. 30 min drive to Waimea Bay and Valley. 50 min drive to historic Haleiwa. 30 min drive to Kualoa Ranch. Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and decent facilities including a small bistro offering limited but decent food options.

Char’s place is amazing by any account! The localisation is breathtaking, the view from balcony directly to the ocean is something you can’t get enough of and the apartment is delightfully decorated, with all the necessary amenities (and much more). The private pool is also pretty cool, but when you got sort of a private beach by the ocean, you don’t even use the pool that much. Also the neighbours are very nice and helpful. West Oahu is simply beautiful.

Superb location to get around Oahu by car. Very convenient shuttle to the airport (takes 5 minutes, goes every half hour). Parking place is reserved for guest. The staff was super friendly and nice. The room although small was comfortable and also very clean. Fast WiFi. Supermarket on site

The resort is beautiful , real luxury in Oahu . Its large ! It’s 1 hour away from Waikiki which we liked and the location gives you access to the north shore and the eastern part of the island .

Everything was fantastic! This is our "go to" hotel on Oahu. The setting and the sound of the birds fill the air with peace and tranquility. Absolutely love it!!!!

15mins from Waikiki and abt 35mins from the airport. Great location with nice private beach. When the front man realized my honeymoon, she gifted authentic necklaces to our couple with regards as well as champagne for welcome drink. I and my wife were very satisfied with such warmest hospitality.

Location was close to shopping. Live music at the pool. Excellent brunch at 100 Sails. Spectacular View from our room. Great sushi restaurant. Free WiFi. Artsy Decor of Lobby. Spacious lobby. Housecleaning efficient and courteous who speak English. Valet service. Honolulu coffee on premises.

The staff was very accommodating! Kent allowed us to ship our packages and they gladly received them for us without charges. Really appreciate that! The reception also gave us lots of shampoo eventhough I requested one refill bottle. We enjoyed the breakfast offered each morning as well. Location wise was convenient to visit the beach and many convenience stores. Thanks so much for making our stay in Hawaii a memorable one!

The proper was so conveniently located and very clean!! The staff was absolutely amazing and they made our stay so much more fun! Our view of the ocean was so memorable and we loved that Hotel Renew offered a variety of beach equipment for rent!

We loved the staff and their friendliness and helpfulness. The live entertainment at night was wonderful. The food and drinks were delicious. Accessibility to the beach and other areas were just what we had hoped for.

Fantastic location only a block away from the beach, plenty of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. Airport buses 20/42 stopping just around the corner next to Denny's. The room was clean and comfortable, complimentary water bottles were a great idea, and the housekeepers did an amazing job every day. Beach towels and chairs are offered free of charge at the bell desk. The hotel is stylish and elegant, has a great swimming pool, and delicious cocktails at The Deck on Floor 3. Definitely recommended for a value and yet luxurious stay! Mahalo for everything, I had a great time :)

We booked two units for two nights and were given rooms together on the 24th floor with a partial view of the pool and a small view of the sea. The rooms had balconies, so we were extra cautious with our littlies. Service at checkin was great and we were able to leave our luggage until 12. A short walk to Waikiki Beach and plenty of eating places a shorty walk away also bus stop across the road. Cost $3. We were lucky with a special fireworks display. There is one run by the Hilton next door at 7.45 on Fridays. The rooms had lovely appliances and beds were comfortable. Ice cream parlor on site was yum. We also took the glass lift up the beautiful restaurant on the very top for happy hour. Even with a couple of youngsters we were made most welcome and the food was delicious.

Room is great, has a small kitchenette which I found useful and table big enough to work on. Bar area is lovely, too and staff at the reception was kind and helpful with advice

Great location, spacious, great value for money.

Close to beach and had a really wonderful charm to it . Like old Hawaii charm . You could grab towels at the desk or a water flotation device or surf board outside the elevator area . It was close to absolutely everything and the staff were so very friendly and accommodating . Would stay again for sure !
